Another reason that regular exercise fail - it is their complexity. Many start out in the fitness, with excessive ambitions and objectives, which in the end can not cope. "I will every morning jogging for 45 minutes" or "every day I'm going to do 50 push-ups" are just to complex goals that are difficult to maintain over time.
